Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Services Cancellation:

1.1. Project Cancellation:

  • Clients may cancel a project within 48 hours of the initial agreement without incurring any charges.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours but before work commences will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total project cost.
  • Once work has begun, cancellations will be charged based on the percentage of work completed, plus a 15% administrative fee.

1.2. Subscription Service Cancellation:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective from the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with a 30-day notice. Refunds will be prorated for the unused portion, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  1. Refund Policy:

2.1. Custom Software Development:

  • If the delivered software does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, clients have 14 days to request revisions.
  • If issues cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be issued, determined on a case-by-case basis.

2.2. IT Consulting Services:

  • Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered.
  • In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Jitukumawat Tech Solutions.

2.3. Hardware Products:

  • Unopened hardware products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
  • Opened hardware products may be returned within 14 days for a 70% refund if in original condition.
  1. Process for Returns and Refunds:

3.1. To initiate a return or refund request, contact our customer service at support@jitukumawattechsol.com. 3.2. Include your order number, reason for return/refund, and any relevant documentation. 3.3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and provide further instructions. 3.4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  1. Exceptions:

4.1. Customized hardware or software solutions are non-refundable unless they fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications. 4.2. Services already rendered, including but not limited to training sessions and on-site support, are non-refundable.

  1. Force Majeure:

5.1. Jitukumawat Tech Solutions is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread internet/power outages.

  1. Amendments:

6.1. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. 6.2. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
